Biweekly Service Fees -- an alternative way to pay them
Service (debit) fees are a necessity to do EFT transfers from our clients' bank account to the trust account of the BWMA Service Bureau. They are a small investment that provide the quality of service you expect and deserve with our automated system of biweekly debits and payments to your lender.
Normally, these service fees are added to the total biweekly debit amount. This is the best way for the Service Bureau, but may not be the best for you as it can create a negative motivational response causing you as a client to think, "Why do I or why should I pay these fees with each biweekly debit (payment)?"
Even though most of our clients only invest an average of 30 cents a day for our services and get back a return in savings of $3.65 a day, having all costs deferred is a positive and painless plan.
As BWMA Consultants we could simply say, "The service fees are required and part of the biweekly automated system." Or, we could find a client friendly way for you, our client, and we have done that.
Enter, deferred service fees! We will instruct the BWMA Service Bureau to defer the payment of the biweekly service fees with the amount per debit being stated on your BSPA Agreement (depending on what plan you chose) to the months of the year when you have triple debits. Then we will subtract them and pay the Service Bureau for all their work.
Please fill out the form with your name and phone number so we can set you up with DEFERRED SERVICE FEES.
